In FEEN // FAIRIES, five dancers deal with social visibility and invisibility as well as two soft floor mats. The associated resistances, attributions, regressions and advances in the struggle for visibility and the distribution of power give us an insight into five different realities.

backsteinhaus produktion sees itself as a dance company that has been active across genres in the independent scene since 2008. The core team comprises artistic director Nicki Liszta, project manager Isabelle Gatterburg, and musician Heiko Giering. The work at the interface between performance and dance deals with current socio-political and social discourses and negotiates issues from a Eurocentric-critical and feminist perspective.
